Bookings Terms and Conditions

If you are paying with a gift voucher, please make sure you have provided the gift voucher reference number. If you forget not to worry, please bring the physical gift voucher, reference number, or a picture on your phone with you on the day.
Please arrive on time for your booking to avoid missing out. We and others won’t wait.
Tour experiences: can take between 30 – 120 minutes, including tastings so please ensure you are prepared and ready to pay attention to our guides. If you cannot make the booking, please contact us immediately via bookings@whippersnapperdistillery.com or call us on (tel: 08 92212293).
Booking Reschedules: If for any reason you are unable to attend your booking, we can reschedule within 6months of the original booking. We will only reschedule a maximum of 3 time before your booking is forfeited. Notice of a rescheduled booking must be given no later than 24 hours prior to the booking.
Failure to give 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or reschedule will result in your booking being forfeited.
All tours, masterclasses experiences and WSD events are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
You are entering a licensed premises. Intoxicated, abusive and disorderly patrons will have their entry refused and booking forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Any forfeited bookings are non-refundable.
WSD reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice where required.

Bookings Terms and Conditions Continued – Gift Vouchers

An online tour gift voucher can only be used to purchase tour experiences & masterclasses at Whipper Snapper Distillery. Please note that upon the purchase of a gift voucher, you have not made a booking for that particular tour experience/ masterclass. Once the recipient receives the gift voucher, they can book online using their voucher reference number. Any difficulties, please email us at bookings@whippersnapperdistillery.com quoting the voucher reference.
The value of the gift voucher is non-transferable. Expiry is 36 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used in full. Tours/ masterclasses can only be booked in accordance with our current tour times. The Whipper Snapper team will always prefer you to visit and experience the distillery, so please contact us if you have any concerns, require assistance, or have any further questions. bookings@whippersnapperdistillery.com You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your gift voucher. If you are unable to provide identification WSD may elect to not accept the gift voucher as payment until you are able to do so
Gift voucher transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to the full credit card number. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these and the full Terms and Conditions stated above; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our [Privacy Policy](https://www.nowbookit.com/privacypolicy).
