Upshot is our first whiskey, crafted as a tribute to the hard work, passion, and dedication poured into every bottle. A well-rounded, modern expression of tradition and innovation, it’s made from 100% West Australian grains: 72% corn, 14% malted barley, and 14% wheat. Influenced by Perth’s Mediterranean climate and patiently aged for a minimum 2 years in virgin American white oak, Upshot is uniquely smooth and inviting.

Fragrant with a rich, creamy blend of vanilla, dark toffee, and maple, with hints of nutmeg and cedar, it’s perfect for enjoying across all seasons and in good company. This is our vision of a well-rounded Australian whiskey, crafted for both novice and seasoned whiskey drinkers alike.

Cocktail Suggestion

The Upshot Australian Old Fashioned

60ml Upshot Australian Whiskey
Bar spoon or 2 of maple syrup
2-3 dashes of Australian Bitters
Stir well on ice to subtly dilute, serve over a rock of ice, express the oils then garnish with orange peel.
