Using our specialty, Crazy Uncle Moonshine, this spirit has been mixed with fresh strawberries, raspberry jam, a hint of orange zest and the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar. Made with bakery dreams in mind and aged for six weeks, this impressive infusion will step your desserts up a notch.
Small batch product. 2 sizes available. Approximately 200ml makes 4 drinks and 700ml makes 14 drinks.

STRAWBERRY BRAMBLE
Sweet & Refreshing
45ml Jam Donut
15ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
Fresh Strawberries
Add strawberries to a shaker and muddle
Add ice and all other ingredients
Shake until the shaker is frosty
Pour over ice in a tumbler and garnish with a fresh strawberry

30ml Jam Donut
15ml Rye
30ml Lemon Juice
1 bar spoon of strawberry jam
Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker
Top the shaker up with ice
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with a fresh strawberry
