Whipper Snapper Distillery’s inaugural and rare First Cask holds a special place in our story. This was the only whiskey laid down together by our founder Jimmy and the legendary Tom Cooper back in 2014 – the year Perth’s first whiskey distillery was born.

From that single barrel came an extraordinary whiskey, impossible to replicate, and the foundation for all that followed.

Upshot – the result of passion, persistence, and a series of remarkable events – was our first whiskey and remains a tribute to the hard work and dedication that shaped our craft.

Presented in a premium display case, each bottle is individually numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Look: Golden amber
Nose: Cedar, toffee, butterscotch, and vanilla
Taste: Rich, creamy texture with notes of butterscotch, caramel, and nutmeg
Finish: Well-balanced and clean, with lingering hints of maple, vanilla, and dark toffee
