100% West Australian Grains: 80% corn, 10% malted barley and 10% wheat. This whiskey ‘new make’ is a true reflection of our house distillery characters. There’s no oak only the raw grains and fermentation flavours shining through. An alternative to vodka but with flavour, smooth and inviting! As always, best enjoyed across seasons and in good company.

Our Moonshine is fun to experiment with in cocktails or just simply enjoy neat over ice.
