This small batch, single barrel rum has been aged for a minimum two years in our signature virgin American white oak. Maturing in Perth’s Mediterranean climate, it’s oozing with caramel and dried fruits and, as always, designed to be enjoyed across seasons and in good company.

Cocktail Suggestion

Rum Pineapple Sour

30ml West Coast Rum
60ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Spiced Sugar Syrup

Add all ingredients to a shaker
Dry shake then add ice and wet shake
Pour over fresh ice in a tumbler and garnish as you please
