Upshot is our first whiskey and a tribute to all the hard work, passion and dedication. Proudly sourcing 100% West Australian Grains: 80% corn, 10% malted barley and 10% wheat. Craft distilled and single barrel released. Upshot is our modern version of a well-rounded Australian whiskey, great for the novice whiskey drinker to the discerning. Uniquely smooth and inviting, and carefully aged in virgin southern white oak in Perth’s Mediterranean climate. Perfect for enjoying across seasons and in good company.

Our Upshot Australian Whiskey is a perfectly balanced choice for a classic old fashioned.

60ml Upshot Australian Whiskey
Bar spoon of sugar syrup (preferably spiced)
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir well on ice to subtly dilute, serve over a rock of ice, express the oils then garnish with orange peel.
