A refreshingly new expression of innovation and collaboration, Rainbow Corn is the latest addition to our Upshot corn series.
From the far north of Western Australia, this heirloom variety of multicoloured corn is grown by our legendary grower, Christian Bloecker, at the Bothkamp family farm in Kununurra.
Like our Yellow and Red Corn Upshot Whiskies, Rainbow Corn follows the same carefully crafted mash bill—80% corn, 10% wheat, 10% malted barley. Yet, the uniqueness of this maize delivers something truly distinct.
It evokes a warm sense of familiarity, with a creamy mélange of vanilla and caramel, yet surprises with a light, lingering finish of dark fruits, like cherry. The naturally sweet character of Rainbow Corn creates a smoother, velvety mouthfeel, offering a rich and satisfying whiskey experience unlike any other.

Cocktail Suggestion
Rainbow Colada
A refreshing tropical twist
Ingredients:
45ml Rainbow Corn Whiskey
90ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Coconut Milk
15ml Falernum
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Shake until the shaker is frosty
Single Strain over fresh ice in a highball and garnish with a slice of orange and cherry
