A refreshingly new expression of innovation and collaboration, Rainbow Corn is the latest addition to our Upshot series.

From the far north of Western Australia, this heirloom variety of multicoloured corn is grown by our farmer, Christian Bloecker, at the Bothkamp family farm in Kununurra.

Similar to our yellow and red corn Upshot whiskies, rainbow corn evokes a warm sense of familiarity with its creamy mélange of both vanilla and caramel; however, it leaves a light lingering finish of dark fruits, like cherry. The uniqueness of the maize has created something sweeter on the palate and gives an overall velvety and satisfying experience.

Crafting a complexity that hasn’t been experienced in Australia before, the nostalgic confectionery flavours of candied popcorn and toffee make it enjoyable across seasons and in good company.
