An elegant expression of Upshot, first matured in American oak, then carefully solera-finished in a rare 60-year-old fortified cask that once held both Tawny and Muscat from the legendary Talijancich Winery in the Swan Valley.

Batch #1 was aged for a mouth-watering four years before we drew 100L from the fortified cask, then expertly balanced it with matured Upshot to create the perfect blend.

Rich, warm, and beautifully nuanced, this whiskey unfolds with notes of Christmas pudding drizzled in vanilla custard, offering a decadent yet balanced profile. Perfect for after-dinner moments, and ideal for sipping across seasons and in good company.
