Our Wheatbelt Series showcases the heritage of our humble local farmers and the provenance of their premium grain. Born from our deep connection to Western Australia’s Wheatbelt, this series highlights the exceptional quality of locally sourced ingredients.

After years of planning and perfecting, we’re proud to present a single malt without limits. Crafted from 100% locally grown malted barley sourced from the Western Australian Wheatbelt region (Noongar Booja), this bold expression embodies the very essence of WA.

Matured in ex-Upshot first-fill barrels, the whiskey gains additional complexity from the award-winning barrels that made our Upshot whiskey famous. Using open-top fermentation and our unique distillation process, we create a spirit that’s rich in fruit-forward flavors and deep in character.

Aged for four years in Perth’s Mediterranean climate, this whiskey showcases savory, fruity, and oily notes that only get better with time.
