From silo to still, the Wheatbelt Series is a tribute to our mates in WA’s agricultural heartland – celebrating local farmers, premium grain, and true provenance.

After years of planning and refinement, we’re proud to present a single malt without limits — an expression that captures the true essence of Western Australia. Made from 100% locally grown barley from the Wheatbelt region of Narrogin and custom-malted to our spec, this is single malt the Whipper Snapper way.

Matured in ex-Upshot first-fill barrels, the spirit draws added depth from the same award-winning casks that shaped our iconic Upshot whiskey. With open-top fermentation, our fruit-driven distillation style, and a minimum four years in Perth’s warm Mediterranean climate, this whiskey evolves into something bold, savory, fruity, and unmistakably ours.

Expect notes of floral caramel, stewed pears, green apple, and warm spice — a contemporary WA single malt made for any season, and best enjoyed in good company.
