Our bold West Australian single malt meets rich Oloroso sherry from Spain’s Jerez region. First matured for 4 years in ex-Upshot barrels, then finished for 2 years in Oloroso casks, this whiskey carries the unmistakable Whipper Snapper DNA.
Crafted from premium WA-grown malted barley and shaped by Perth’s warm Mediterranean climate, it pours a deep amber with aromas of caramel and almond. The palate is rich and smooth, with layers of dried fruit, a touch of biscotti sweetness, and a lingering oak-spiced finish.
An audacious Australian single malt – made for any season, best enjoyed in good company.
