Whipper Snapper Distillery’s inaugural and rare first cask was the only whiskey that Jimmy and the legend Tom Cooper laid down together back in 2014. Perth’s first whiskey distillery was born and with it, a barrel of incredible whiskey that could never be replicated.

Upshot – the eventual outcome of a series of events.
Upshot is our first whiskey and a tribute to all the hard work, passion and dedication.

The Whiskey comes with a premium display case, individually numbered and a certificate of authenticity.

Nose; Cedar, toffee, butterscotch and vanilla tones
Taste; Rich creamy texture with light butterscotch, caramel, nutmeg
