This is a story of transformation, patience and craftmanship, with each step adding a layer of complex flavours and its all happening, sweet, floral and fruity!

In 2020 COVID-19 decimated the hospitality and brewing Industry. At the time, we banded together with over twenty West Australian breweries, to distil their beer into a very special moonshine. Read more here.

A small amount of that spirit was put into virgin oak and now 4 years on, this very rare, once in a brew moon whiskey that captures the spirit of West Australian beer in now ready.
