We at Whipper Snapper Distillery strive to ensure your satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.

 WHISKEY

 While we endeavour to provide the same great taste in each bottle, we are a small-batch distillery, which means each batch of whiskey may have slight variations due to the nature of the virgin oak barrels we use. That’s not to say it isn’t the same great whiskey you know and love – like with all recipes, the hard work and dedication that goes into it is a little more than the last, which comes with even more flavour favourites for you to experience and enjoy!

We value your opinion and appreciate the feedback so we can make changes where necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your Whipper Snapper product, please email us at distillery@whippersnapperdistillery.com with your concerns.

If your bottle products arrive faulty or your order contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as you receive your delivery. We will provide replacement bottle(s) of the original order and absorb the shipping cost.

  • Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that refunds will not be provided for change of mind purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
