We at Whipper Snapper Distillery strive to ensure your satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.

 WHISKEY

 While we endeavour to provide the same great taste in each bottle, we are a small-batch distillery, which means each batch of whiskey may have slight variations due to the nature of the virgin oak barrels we use. That’s not to say it isn’t the same great whiskey you know and love – like with all recipes, the hard work and dedication that goes into it is a little more than the last, which comes with even more flavour favourites for you to experience and enjoy!

We value your opinion and appreciate the feedback so we can make changes where necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your Whipper Snapper product, please email us at distillery@whippersnapperdistillery.com with your concerns.

If your bottle products arrive faulty or your order contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as you receive your delivery. We will provide replacement bottle(s) of the original order and absorb the shipping cost.

 For all apparel purchases, if you are not completely satisfied with the size and fit or your product has arrived damaged, you must:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Return the item(s) in the same condition as you received it, and it must be unused/unworn/unwashed.
  • Provide proof of purchase.

Please note that refunds will not be provided for change of mind purposes.

Sale items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

All enquiries and continual communication must be made promptly, and we do not accept returns after the 30-day period.

  • Should the item(s) requested no longer be available, our team will be in contact to arrange a refund.
  • If arranged, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The return cost and re-delivery are at the cost of the customer, and you will be charged accordingly.

The Whipper Snapper Distillery mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Whipper Snapper Distillery (“Whipper Snapper Distillery”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Whipper Snapper Distillery’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Whipper Snapper Distillery through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
