Journey Tour $40
Designed for both entertainment and education, the Journey Tour is the perfect way to learn more about how whiskey is made. Join our knowledgeable guides, as they show you how we go from grain to bottle.
Additionally, you’ll find out how our humble distillery started, what makes our products unique, and learn to separate whiskey fact from fiction. Paired with our 3 core Upshot products, this tour is perfect regardless of where you are on your whiskey journey.

Whiskey Masterclass $80
Created for enthusiasts, the Whiskey Masterclass is an expansion on the Journey Tour, including additional tastings and knowledge. On arrival you receive a cocktail, followed by tastings of our 3 core Upshot products, and 3 small batch whiskies. As our passionate guides show you through our distillery, they will entertain you with our history, how our whiskey is made, and a detailed explanation of each tasting.

Cocktail Masterclass $60
Designed to mix things up and to help showcase the versatility of our unique products, our experienced mixologists will teach you how to shake, stir and build three of our favourite cocktails, with a Whipper Snapper twist. In the comfort of our humble distillery, you will embark on a cocktail journey like no other. We will provide you with the knowledge to recreate these cocktails in your own home and can assure you, you’ll be showing off your new skills in no time! Our Cocktail Masterclass caters to all levels and is the perfect start to a night out, a quirky date idea or a great excuse to catch up and have a drink with friends.

An Upshot Whiskey, neat, on arrival
3 cocktails – Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour* and Paloma
